About

Hello, I’m Flora Macaulay — founder of Kind Co., a small but seasoned branding and communication practice built on thoughtfulness, clarity, and care.I’ve spent the last 18+ years working across global investment banking, development, and the social impact space. Since 2011, I’ve held leadership roles in communications and branding — shaping narratives, leading teams, and building brands that reflect their true purpose.Kind Co. is where all of that comes together. When you work with me, you get a creative partner who sees the big picture but cares just as much about the details — a sounding board, strategist, and storyteller in one.

Other Work I Love

Conversations on Food is an experimental project I founded that explores identity, belonging, and culture through the lens of food. It was featured by Travel + Leisure Asia as one of the country’s most unique culinary experiences. Alongside this, I write about food, community, and the richness of everyday rituals — stories rooted in people and place. All of this is available to explore at conversationsonfood.com.
