Flora Macaulay is the founder of Kind Co., a small but seasoned branding and communication practice built on thoughtfulness, clarity, and care.Flora has spent the last 19+ years working across global investment banking, the social impact space, and entrepreneurial ventures. Since 2011, she has held leadership roles in communications and branding — shaping narratives, leading teams, and building brands that reflect their true purpose.Kind Co. is where all of that comes together. Clients work directly with Flora as a creative partner who sees the big picture but cares just as much about the details — a sounding board, strategist, and storyteller in one.

Outside of Kind Co., Flora is the founder of Conversations on Food, a storytelling platform and community initiative that brings people together through food.Through pop-ups, writing, conversations, and collaborations, she explores how food can become a lens to understand culture, identity, history, and belonging. Her work has brought together chefs, home cooks, writers, artisans, and food communities to celebrate diverse culinary traditions and foster meaningful connections.Conversations on Food was recognised by Travel + Leisure Asia as a unique culinary experience.
